Part 6: Strategic Marketing Plan

Number six is our strategic marketing plan for your home. Now, we've discovered information during our seller consultation we've evaluated the home objectively, we've done the inspections, perhaps some repairs, and then we evaluated the market and we put all that together and we come up with a strategy in order to net you the most amount of money in the least amount of time. That is really about reverse engineering. Our perfect buyer, who is our perfect buyer, remember that somebody that must have a four bedroom would not consider a three bedroom, somebody that must have a swimming pool is not going to consider a home without a swimming pool. So by marketing and targeting whatever the case is, just figuring out who are perfect buyer is targeting them, figuring out what the competition looks like, what other listings are on the market that are competitive, and then how does your home compete with theirs now, especially in the market that we're in now, it's also very important to evaluate homes that are under contract by evaluating the homes that are under contract and looking at the houses that have sold recently, we can determine the perfect plan for your home and positioning it accordingly.
