How do I find a real estate agent?

  • The best first place to look is no further then your closest friends, family or co-workers who have purchased or sold a home with a real estate agent that they highly recommend.

  • The next option is friends or family members that are licensed real estate agents. Now we like to note that just because someone has a real estate license does not always mean they are the best fit for you. And in some cases you may not want to keep the personal and business relationship.

  • Social media is also a great source, you can even go to the neighborhood Facebook pages and groups and find agents that live in the area you sell your home in.

How many agents should you interview before deciding?
